Steaks

All our steaks are grilled on charcoal and then finished with butter, garlic and rosemary to preserve the tenderness of the meat and add an array of flavors. Your steak is served smoked in addition to one complementary sauce. 

RIBEYE
Sliced from the rib primal, it is both flavorsome and tender, coming from the lightly worked upper rib cage area. 

NEW YORK STRIP
Also known as New York steak is one of the most flavorsome steaks and its almost as tender as fillet. It has a distinctive fat coverage running along the outside allowing the steak to remain juicy during cooking. 

SAUCES

*MB (Marbling) is white intramuscular fat (IMF). Marbling greatly impacts the flavor, texture, tenderness, and juiciness of beef.
